1) Purpose of the processing of personal data: negotiation of the contract for the provision of services (participation in the conference), conclusion of this contract and performance of this contract.
Personal data processed: title, name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, billing address, or registration number and registered office.
Legal basis for processing: the necessity of processing personal data for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the implementation of measures taken before the conclusion of the contract at the request of the data subject.
Duration: for the period necessary for the negotiations for the conclusion of the contract and for the performance of the contract.
2) Purpose of the processing of personal data: accounting and tax purposes and compliance with archiving obligations.
Personal data processed: title, name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, billing address, or registration number and registered office.
Legal reason: Necessity of the processing to comply with legal obligations imposed on us by law.
Duration: for the necessary period of 10 years, unless legislation provides for longer periods.
3) Purpose of the processing of personal data: the enforcement of our claims (storage of data necessary as evidence in a legal dispute)
Personal data processed: title, name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, billing address, or registration number and registered office.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
Period: during the term of the contract and after its termination during the limitation periods.
4) Purpose of the processing of personal data: sending newsletters and order completion (information and business communications from Podnikatelský klub Empiria 21 s.r.o.).
Personal data processed:: e-mail address, name and surname, telephone number.
Legal reason: Your consent.
Duration of processing of personal data: we will process your personal data for the above purpose until the withdrawal of the consent granted. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an e-mail from the e-mail address for which you have given your consent or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
5) Purpose of processing personal data: sending commercial communications

Duration: for as long as necessary and reasonable, but no longer than until the consent is withdrawn.
7) Purpose of the processing of personal data: to answer any questions you may have.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing an answer.
Time: Necessary for answering the inquiry and follow-up communication.

- For the processing of your personal data, the Company may use online services such as the emailing services of The Rocket Science Group, LLC (known as MailChimp) or Mango Technologies, Inc. DBA Clickup. These companies are located in the United States of America, and are registered in the so-called EU-US Privacy Shield. The shield is available at: https://www.privacyshield.gov. The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision in relation to this shield under Article 45(9) of the GDPR, so such transfers of personal data do not require a specific authorisation.
Method of processing personal data
We process your personal data both automatically and manually and keep records of processing activities. When our company processes personal data, no decisions are made based solely on automated processing without human judgment that would have legal effects or otherwise significantly affect the data subjects whose personal data we process.

We take all technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data and to exclude the possibility of unauthorized or accidental access to personal data, their alteration, destruction or loss, unauthorized transfers, other unauthorized processing, as well as other misuse of personal data.
